ADAM LAI RESTAURANT
Known as “chu char” to the Hokkien folk, Restoran Adam Lai puts a halal-certified twist to the Chinese’s “rice and multiple dishes” style of eating with their version of well-known dishes such as shark’s fin soup, butter prawns, chilli crabs and much, much more. Established in March 2012, the restaurant is a collaborative venture between Chef Adam Lai, local celebrity Ebby Yus, and two other friends, Helmy Harun and Faizal Abdul Jabar.
