As Sunway Le Cordon Bleu, there are two initial course offerings which are three-months Certificate Programmes either in cuisine or patisserie that will lead on to a certificate award and a higher level of study within each discipline. By successfully completing all three levels of each programme, students will be awarded a Diplome de Commis Cuisinier or Diplome de Commis Patissier.
Each graduate leaves Le Cordon Bleu with the skills to launch an exciting career not only in the world’s leading restaurants, hotels or resorts, but also as a journalist, author, instructor, consultant or entrepreneur.
