KUALA LUMPUR: Fuel prices for the third week of May will be up from 4 to 7 sen under the new weekly pricing mechanism.
The new prices beginning May 18: RON95 petrol is up by 7 sen to RM2.08 per litre compared to RM2.01 last week; RON97 petrol is also up by 7 sen to RM2.36 compared to RM2.29 per litre last week; and diesel is up by 4 sen to RM1.99 compared to RM1.95 per litre last week. The new weekly fuel prices were posted on the Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Ministry’s Twitter page.
The new prices will come into effect at 12.01am Thursday and will remain until May 24, 2017.
