PRIVACY POLICY

This information explains how OneApps uses any information you give to us, and the ways in which we protect your privacy. We will not share your information with other parties without your prior consent.

The Data Protection Act

Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. Your data is secured by use of appropriate procedures and technologies. We do not pass on your details to any third party unless you give us permission, or we are legally permitted to do so.

Our use of cookies

The OneApps website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. This analytical tool uses ‘cookies’, which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors’ use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for OneApps.

OneApps will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source as part of our use of the Google statistical analytics tool. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

Submitting personal information

When you supply any personal information to OneApps we have legal obligations towards you in the way we process and handle that data. We must collect the information fairly; we must let you know how we will use it; and we must tell you in advance if we decide to pass the information on to anyone else. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you use the service you have requested, and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Amendment / Modification:

OneApps reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time with or without any further notice(s) by uploading the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and it is the duty of the End-User to keep itself aware of the revisions to the Privacy Policy of the Site.

Limitation of Liability:

THE SITE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRIVACY POLICY, SITE, THE FACILITY PROVIDED ON THE SITE, THE TRANSACTION PROCESSING FACILITY, THE INABILITY TO USE THE FACILITIES PROVIDED ON THE SITE INCLUDING THE TRANSACTION PROCESSING FACILITY, OR THOSE RESULTING FROM ANY SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SITE BEYOND THE VALUE OF THE LAST TRANSACTION CARRIED OUT BY THE END-USER THROUGH THE SITE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts in Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising out of or about this Privacy Policy.

All tickets sold are non-refundable upon purchase.

 

FOOD RESERVATION REFUND POLICY

All reservation made are non-refundable upon payment.

 

ONEAPPS FOOD RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your reservation. To make a reservation, the customer require to make full payment at the time of reservation. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. Reservation cannot be cancelled by the customer. Cancellation of the reservation with the restaurant is only possible by the customer if the restaurant explicitly indicates that cancellation of the reservation by the customer is possible. Customer need to contact the restaurant directly to cancel the reservation.

Restaurant is entitled to cancel the reservation, for example, if the offer is no longer available or if the customer has provided an incorrect or unreachable contact number.

Oneapps is entitled to refuse reservation on behalf of the restaurant, if there is reasonable doubt about the correctness or authenticity of the reservation. If Oneapps cancels reservation that has already been paid for, Oneapps shall transfer that amount into the same account as from where the payment was made. If the customer places reservation that can be proven to be false or fraudulent, Oneapps shall be entitled to report this matter to the relevant authority.

Oneapps reserve the right to modify this policy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If Oneapps make material changes to this policy, we will notify the customer here or by means of a notice on our homepage.
