Tea & Tattle

Tea drinking has never been so sophisticated, when dainty little timer is provided to time how long your tea should be brewed. The Guayusa Tea is full of herbs that reminds me of Chinese herbal tea “pak chu cao” ,most commonly found in kopitiams but a lighter version. 7 minutes is required for this tea. The Gumbo Stew looks like it’s still on the menu; a soupy stew with refreshing sweetness of celery, onion and thyme.
